The Norwegian Corporate Governance Board (NUES) annually assesses whether there is need to change the Norwegian recommendation on corporate governance. Assessments are usually made during the first half of the year.

Before the summer NUES then publishes its intentions. All interested parties are invited to give their views, either NUES proposes to amend the Code or not.

However, NUES welcomes views on the recommendation, or NUES’ other work, anytime. When it fits in NUES’ working plan, meetings may be held with individual stakeholders.
